Notable Changes in the 2023.0.4 Release Train

This release of Spring Cloud is based on Spring Boot 3.2.12 and 3.3.6.

• Updated to use HttpHeaders#headerSet where appropriate. This change requires Spring Framework 6.1.15+, which is available in Spring Boot 3.2.12+ or 3.3.6+. (3596)

• TimeLimiter disable by group or instance level (#202)

Spring Cloud Config

• Uses label when searching secrets in SpringVaultEnvironmentRepository (#2460)

Spring Cloud Stream

• Added support for customizing message converter behavior
• Upgrade to spring-kafka 3.3.0
• Documentation improvements arond batch type conversion

• Enhancements to serverless web container
• Logging for AWS Context
• Improvements around Kotlin type resolution
• Improvements around ObjectMapper registration and configuartion.
